Former Fox News contributor Julie Roginsky has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Fox News. Roginsky has also called upon NYC authorities to investigate the treatment of women at Fox News.
Roginsky filed the lawsuit against Fox News, former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes and current co-president Bill Shine. Shortly after filing her suit, Roginsky tweeted out her other action taken as a result of the numerous sexual harassment suits filed against Fox News.
Roginsky is being represented by Nancy Erica Smith, an attorney who also represented Gretchen Carlson in her suit filed against the network. Fox News’ has not responded to Roginsky’s request made to NYC authorities.
Roger Ailes stepped down as FNC CEO last summer after several women came forward making claims similar to Carlson’s. Roginsky’s lawsuit claims that Ailes repeatedly called her into his office for one-on-one meetings. The suit also claims that Ailes would make sexist comments about other employees.
