Pentagon suggests Putin suffers from Aspergers
On Thursday, USA Today released a Pentagon report that reveals Russian President Vladimir Putin may suffer from Asperger’s syndrome “which affects all of his decisions.” The report was created by Pentagon think tank Office of Net Assessment. Brenda Connors of the US Naval War College in Rhode Island wrote the report and claims Putin’s “neurological development was severely interrupted in infancy.” Connors an expert in analyzing “movement pattern” wrote the study shows Putin’s movements reveals he “carries a neurological abnormality.” Asperger’s syndrome is a form of autism marked by difficulties in social interaction and nonverbal communication.
The 2008 report acknowledges their suspicions cannot be confirmed because they are unable to perform a brain scan on the Russian President. The report was obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request. The study also suggests that Putin suffered an “insult” to his brain while still in his mother’s womb that may have caused her to have a stroke whilst pregnant with him. This can explain how he thinks and moves the right side of his body. According to the report he compensates for the disorder by extreme control and is reflected by his decision style and how he governs. Read More at Examiner.com
